Today right as i was stepping out to head to SF, i remembered that my tire was gettin low on life pretty soon. Right as i lock my door, i glance down to check my tire and this is what i noticed:


That black lump is the tube stickin' out of the tire. If i had left i most likely would have gotten a flat on the way X__X.


You ever seen videos on youtube of those kids doin the craziest shit on Razor scooters? Well today i actually seen some kids @ the Island today tearin it up, and it is pretty fuckin crazy in person!

Later tonight i headed over to Union City to Francis's birthday and met up with Jensen, Spikey and others.

One of Francis's awesome friends made this Nikon cake for him.....how fuckin awesome is that, my birthday is on September 10, i dont like gifts or anything like that, but someone please make me a Nikon cake!!!!....and u better add the vertcal grip and flash!

After hearing all the fuss about the new Star Trek movie, i decided to check it out myself over @ Alameda Theater.


Love this place. The movie pretty much lived up to the hype, had a lot of action and good storyline. Oh and just to let you know, I'm not even a Star Trek fan but still enjoyed the movie. (that was one thing i was kinda iffy about before actually seeing it). What i can't wait for is upcoming movies: Transformers 2!!!!...and Where the wild things Are!

Later that night, we hit up this new kareoke place in Berkeley right next to Sushi Minami where our new friend "JoAnn" AKA MOON-MI works at.

Today was bike to work day, special areas were setup in SF to give out freebies to those that were on bikes.

My friend Yu's GX100, he let me try out his electric viewfinder and wide angle lenses for the Ricoh, pretty nifty! Gotta love that tiny Manfrotto tripod, it also folds in to be pocket sized.

My LC-1 came in today for my Ricoh. This is originally made for the GX100/GX200 but i couldn't help accessorizing the GR and i could use the extra security.




12th ST. OAKLAND. It's kinda funny to look at this picture and imagine this being a box and this being one of the corners.

So far I've been really loving my new Ricoh. There's something about this camera i love besides having the ability to finally take candid and easy pictures instead of lugging around my Nikon. The images tend to give off a rather film-like feel that i really like with black+white and 3:2 pics
