My photos from Washington

by Kenny on Tuesday, July 26, 2011

Spent the weekend in Seattle last weekend. This was my 2nd time going (for work/Formula D/hang out). Luckily the weather kicked ass, kinda like how it is in the Bay Area right now but just not the cold nights. Also the car styling in Washington is actually pretty dope! A good amount of Japanese style and also a lot less fake ass wheels you usually see here in Cali.

Just bought on Ebay

by Kenny on Friday, July 22, 2011

Thanks to Tim for showing me this awesome Ebay ad. Apparently he's been looking for this magnet for years now and stumbled across it. When i saw it i HAD to get one. From what it says, i believe they are original magnets from back in the days, says he found some at a flea market.

Pizza and turtles???...come on!

CANEPA DESIGN - MY TOUR TO YOU!

by Kenny on Wednesday, July 20, 2011

So yesterday i got an opportunity to visit Canepa Design in Scotts Valley near Santa Cruz. Incase you don't know what Canepa Designs is, as if the pictures wont be obvious; it is a top notch garage for super high end cars. Stepping foot into this place was super crazy, never been to a place like this and not to mention, ever even seen the cars i saw that day.

here's the front of the place, nothing too outrageous but you really dont know what you'll get into until you enter.

When i first walked into the garage area, it was like in Willy Wonka when he first opened the door way to the edible room.

before coming here, i never even seen one single 959 in my life, they had 3 there!

After taking us around the garage, she took us to another section of cars...this room was just as amazing...

Those that know me know im really into magazines so seeing a room full of mags all organized like this, wow. Theres more to it than this one aisle.

a view from the top.

here is when our tour guide took us to the top gallery, these are all of Bruces (the owner of Canepa) cars.

bosozoku lookin yea?
