This weekend i took the work car that Mitsubishi gave to us to use for a year. I always noticed that it had snow tires, Dunlop Graspic DS-3's to be exact. Kinda felt like that was a sign that was saying "TAKE ME TO THE SNOW KENNY!".

Northstar Tahoe JUST happen to open on the 18th. Weather reports showed that it was going to be a SNOWY drive up! Perfect time to test this car out.


Photo on the way up. You can see its getting pretty snowy already. Chains or snow tires were required.

gets even worse, but still this car handled/gripped amazing in the snow! 4WD+SNOW TIRES = WIN!

So i finally got the chance to goto MYSTERY SPOT in Santa Cruz for the very first time. For all of you that havent been there before, id say its pretty worth it if you make a trip out of it, assuming thats not the ONLY place you're going for.
