Hanging out in Daly City with Ricky

by Kenny on Friday, August 12, 2011

I hung out with my friend Ricky over in SSF/DC yesterday. He showed me around his place, took snaps of his super clean retro style Miata. It's awesome to see different styling of cars especially his Miata, seeing how so many of them we see now are "hella flush"ed out. Seeing one styled like this is a breath of fresh air. He is the original owner and the car only has 28k on it, amazing.

so that same night, Ricky took me over to his friend Edwins house. Edwin is the original owner that first modified my car, yes the very same car i own right now.

looked like this the day i bought it, 5-6 years ago.

This is the engine that used to be in it, Edwin told me this one blew.

Thanks for the gifts.

8/6 DAY OAKLAND TOYOTA!

by Kenny on Sunday, August 7, 2011

Rick, Performance Options, and Toyota One of Oakland threw probably one of the best AE86 meets in Nor Cal ever. Super good location at the brand new Toyota dealership in Oakland rooftop. Not only was the location awesome, but the lighting wasn't too bad compared to that super shitty SAN JOSE yellow lighting that makes everything look desaturated in photos. Another thing that was dope was seeing so many classic Toyota's in one place. This type of thing doesn't happen very often from what i think, since lot of these guys are OG's that dont go on the web, dont post photos and shit like that up. Definitely cool to see this over your average hypebeast cars w/ fake wheels.

Random Photos

by Kenny on Thursday, March 24, 2011

Just snapped a few random photos to test out this layout so far at 900 resolution sizing. Kinda got tired of seeing my old layout that i've had for the longest time now so seeing this change is nice. It's probably going to stay simple like this for a while until i get bored and do something else to it.
